Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
